3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made in cash or through credit/debit card. We do not accept personal checks.
5. Refunds
We strive to provide the best services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide a complimentary touch-up within 3 days of your original appointment.
